This dish needs little introduction as it is a favorite among chinese food connoisseurs. The prawns gives a sweet taste to the gravy poured over crispy noodle. It doesn't get much better than that. You'll find this dish quite expensive in chinese restarants. Fortunately you don't have to hurt your wallet when you order this dish here.
